1. Eligibility Criteria
- The certificate is open to registered participants only.
- Teachers must provide accurate registration details (name, school, email ID) via the official form at:
www.ipnacademy.in/conclave
2. Minimum Attendance Requirement
- To receive the certificate, participants must:
- Attend at least 70% of the total session duration across the two days (e.g, minimum 5.6 hours out of 8 hours total minus Lunch break).
- Attendance will be tracked through:
- Unique login credentials
- Time-stamped entry/exit logs on the session platform (Zoom)
- Participation during polls, Q&A, or feedback forms
3. Session Check-In Protocol
- Participants must log in using the same name and email used at the time of registration.
- Screenshots, self-declarations, or recordings will not be considered valid proof of attendance.
- Participants are advised to stay logged in and avoid unnecessary exits to ensure full attendance tracking.
4. Post-Conclave Feedback Submission
- To qualify for the certificate, participants must submit a feedback form that will be shared at the end of Day 2.
- The feedback form helps us validate attendance and collect insights for future conclaves.
5. Certificate Issuance Timeline
- Certificates will be made available on your IPN Leadership Academy Personal dashboard to the eligible participants within 07 working days after the conclusion of the conclave.
- The certificates will be issued as digitally verifiable PDFs with unique certificate IDs.
